Weeks 1-2

Explore the power of mindfulness, meditation, and self-reflection techniques to release mental clutter and find clarity. Learn strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and negative thought patterns, enabling you to foster a calmer life.  

Learn to slow down and become self aware as get 2x/Week professionally guided meditations focused on becoming more conscious facilitated by 20 year industry expert, John Robertson.  Then Work with Renee to  discuss program details and how to make space at home for your new practices.


Then next meet with Beata, the aim of this sessions is to optimize energy within the body, mind and spirit for improved brain function, decreased inflammation and vitality boost. It features a Qi-gong practice which belongs to traditional Chinese medicine. It typically involves coordinating slow-flowing movements with deep rhythmic breathing and a calm, meditative state of mind. To complement this practice, we will discuss the Power of Self-Awareness as a first step to rewiring your brain. Next, Beata will guide you through a powerful Building Self-awareness


week 3-4

Dive into the realm of physical well-being through guided exercise, nutrition insights, and body-mind awareness practices. Discover how movement and nourishment can contribute to increased energy, vitality, and overall health.  

Annette Licitra will take you step-by-step through a simple cleanse that will make a huge difference in how you feel and look – in just 7 days. In this cleanse you will identify hidden food sensitivities. We’ll explore what foods work best (and which don’t) to give you optimum energy, kickstart changes in your body, and create space for amazing.
Learn about the chakra system and energy fields, show you how to assess your chakras, experience several techniques and modalities to help you realign your energy system, reduce your stress and promote a healthier life. You will leave both workshops feeling relaxed and empowered with a toolkit of strategies to help deal with any future stressful challenges. 

Week 5-6

Nurture your inner self and tap into your spiritual reservoir. Uncover practices that promote self-acceptance, self-love, and emotional balance. Explore avenues such as gratitude, creative expression, connection to cultivate a profound sense of fulfillment.


Learning to heal from the inside out as we discover the healing power of our hearts. We learn to connect gently with our natural breath to clear energy blocks and physical pain by lovingly focusing in the heart space.
